Enhanced OBB Counselor Series VII: Volunteer Management The OBB Way

The mission of the Enhanced OBB Counselor Series is to provide information on wrap-around services, readily available through webinars, ensuring that OBB Counselors have the knowledge they need to serve clients more fully. With this in mind, this month we will hear about two topics that will help us fulfill our mission.
Each year during tax season sites struggle with having enough OBB Tax Counselors to help Ohioans complete Federal, State and School District tax forms. It is our hope that this webinar will inspire you to recruite and manage volunteers to help you help your clients.
• Erin Rodabaugh the Support Services Manager for the HHWP Community Action Commission has run an all volunteer tax clinic for her service area for the past three years. Erin will share with you her best pratices.
• The second speaker will introduce you to the OBB Volunteer Referral program.
