Happy (Belated) Birthday!

Happy Birthday Alice Nelson! At least that's what the cake should say. (My apologies for the half eaten cake, there are many people in our office that know Alice & wanted to help celebrate her birthday!) Alice is not your typical fictitious client. She has travelled all over the state and has forever been immortalized in the oh, so handy OBB training booklet. Because Alice is so important to us and has had her story told thousands of times all over Ohio, there was no way we could not celebrate her birthday(December 1st, just in case you forgot)!
